• Product Strategy & Roadmap
  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for R&D products, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize product features.
• Project Planning & Execution
  • Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of R&D projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate
    - functional teams and resources to ensure project milestones are met.
• Stakeholder Management & Communication
  • Act as the main point of contact between the R&D team and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
  • Ensure that stakeholder expectations are clearly defined and managed.
• Agile Methodology & Continuous Improvement
  • Use Agile methodologies to plan, track, and deliver product features.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily
    - ups.
• Prioritization & Backlog Management
  • Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value and resource availability.
  • Ensure that product features align with user needs and market demands.
• Product Quality & User Experience
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure product quality and user experience.
  • Define key product metrics, track performance, and make
    - driven decisions.
• Risk Management & Problem-Solving
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Address issues that arise during development.
• Research & Innovation
  • Stay

    - date with market trends and emerging technologies.
  • Encourage a culture of innovation within the team.

• 3+ years of experience in product management or project management, with a focus on R&D or technology products.
• Strong experience in managing the full product lifecycle.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in managing Agile teams.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage a product backlog effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong

• Experience with product management tools (e. g. , JIRA, Trello, Asana).
• Background in technology or engineering is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
