Main Tasks And Responsibilities

Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile:

1. Develop and execute functional, integration, regression and automation tests, when applicable;
2. Perform exploratory testing to detect undocumented problems;
3. Create, maintain and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios;
4. Identify bugs/defects and report them using appropriate tools;
5. Create detailed bug reports with screenshots and
   -
   - step explanations to reproduce the problem;
6. Utilize test and defect management tools;
7. Participate in meetings when necessary;
8. Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing and quality processes;
9. Comply with the project standards on testing policies, criteria, strategy and procedure;
10. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders;
11. Escalate work issues to the appropriate levels.

Profile

1. At least 3 years of professional experience in similar functions;
2. Experience in design, planning and execution of functional testing;
3. Experience with test management tools, defect management tools and reporting;
4. Experience with Regression, Integration and E2E Testing;
5. Familiarity with Agile methodologies;
6. Excellent communication, planning and organization skills;
7. Good English communication skills, both written and spoken;
8. Capacity for initiative, dynamism and proactivity.

Nice-to-have

1. Degree in computer science or similar;
2. SQL Knowledge;
3. ISTQB Foundation Certification;
4. Spanish/Castilian communication skills.
