THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly analytical and
- oriented Quality Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance in our company while developing better quality control strategies. The Quality Specialist will be responsible for interpreting and analysing business requirements and designing and implementing appropriate solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of quality assurance processes.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Conduct timely audits of customer interactions to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Identify and share best practices and areas for improvement to enhance agent performance, internal processes, and training
- Collaborate on the development and implementation of new quality control procedures
- Create engaging coaching and training materials to address identified improvement opportunities and boost productivity
- Deliver coaching and training on internal process improvements, new tools, and agent development skills
- Think critically about existing processes and suggest improvements
- Develop and maintain
- specific onboarding plans to equip new hires for success in customer service
WHAT YOU'LL NEED

- Experience in a Quality Assurance role, with a preference for experience using Quality Assurance Management Systems.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify potential process improvements from isolated incidents.
- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex processes into clear and engaging training materials.
- Adaptable and able to work with imperfect information, while motivating teams to implement process changes.
- Positive attitude and able to motivate others.
- Curious, eager to learn, and committed to continuous improvement.
- Proficient in Google Workspace.
