Job description

We are looking for a Quality Product Specialist to test our products and procedures to ensure that they meet safety and quality standards.

To be successful in this role, you must be well versed in the various testing techniques and be able to act as an auditor for all our internal systems, identifying problems and recommending solutions.

Finally, you will help us to create products that meet the needs of our customers.

What the job involves:

• Define detailed guidelines on what needs to be audited and the quality standards to be applied.
• Maintain our quality management system by recording incidents, changes, and improvements.
• Carry out audits of our systems based on EN9100.
• Determine quality measures for all manufacturing procedures.
• Monitor the entire production cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible.
• Inspect product materials and electrical systems for defects and durability.
• Identify the cause of technical problems and recommend modifications.
• Write reports on malfunctions and corrective actions (e. g. number of defective raw materials per order).
• Review current plans and quality documents.
• Define and monitor quality assurance targets (e. g. reduce average processing time for quality checks by 20%).
• Coordinate external QA auditors and technicians to ensure legal compliance.
• Work with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction by improving product quality.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of previous experience as a quality manager or in a similar position.
• Practical experience of quality management products and test methods.
• Thorough understanding of technical documents.
• Good knowledge of statistical analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and
  - solving skills.
• Team player.
• Good analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or equivalent field.
