The role
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Management Specialist to join our team at Zühlke. In this role, you will be supporting the management of the content of our process handbook in Confluence, including system operations, technical aspects, and release management. You will also assist the group’s Quality Lead with internal audits and reviews, provide support for external audits, and support the yearly management review.

- art content management system and you will coordinate the publishing with the content owners. - In collaboration with them, you will be responsible for maintaining and further developing the information architecture of the process manual.
- Support the group’s Quality Lead in preparing conducting and follow up of internal audits and reviews and external audits.
- Support the yearly management review, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001.
- Collaborate with a small, distributed, international team to maintain and improve our Integrated Management System.
What’s important to us
- Experience in process documentation and maintaining clear,
- friendly handbooks. - Proficiency in Confluence or similar content management systems.
- Knowledge of information architecture and structuring process manuals.
- Experience supporting internal and external audits.
- Understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and ISO 14001 compliance.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, working with international teams.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to ensure documentation accuracy.
