What would your main responsibilities be?

1. Establish quality contacts with customers.
2. Provide 1st level customer support for quality issues.
3. Carry out the 1st survey (check the plausibility of the data) on quality cases encountered in UCM.
4. Manage complaints in the field and transmit the survey.
5. Provide support and coordination of sorting actions for parts or organs.
6. Carry out specific quality improvement projects under the supervision of factories.
7. Provide support for coordination activities in the project phase (e. g. , assembly test).
8. Monitor authorized retouching of Horse parts in the customer's vehicle factory (series and project life).

What are we looking for?

1. Ability to investigate and collect data related to
   - quality issues, including communication with the organization's technical operations.
2. Effective written and oral communication.
3. Negotiation skills: abilities and techniques that allow a beneficial outcome for the company during a negotiation.
4. Conflict resolution: ability to manage conflict situations in a professional and persuasive manner, defending the company's position diplomatically.
5. Customer orientation: although you rigorously defend the company's position, you must also be respectful and cordial and maintain a
   - oriented attitude to maintain a good relationship.
6. High level of French, minimum C1.
7. English skills will be valued.
8. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Power
   Point.
9. Skills: analytical, decisive, proactive, communication, and teamwork.
