Responsibilities:

• Software testing and quality assurance of Five9 Virtual Contact Center applications, working under Agile software development environment
• Provide technical leadership to design test plans, test cases and test scripts for native cloud applications built in Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution
• Promote Quality and Automation initiatives across
  - disciplinary teams, coordinating process definition, best practices and efficient usage of infrastructure
• Working within geographically distributed team of Dev, DB architects, Pd
  M, RM, and QE
• Must be willing to participate in
  - call responsibilities

Required skills:

• Computer Science/Engineering degree or equivalent
• 3+ years’ experience as a QE/QA in the Saa
  S industry, understanding of SW development process and testing methodologies, tools and processes
• Knowledge of SW version control,
  - tracking, and test management systems
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks
• Experience in backend testing of
  - based applications
• Experience with API testing
• Proven experience in building, maintaining, and supporting test solutions for enterprise Saa
  S applications
• Troubleshooting and analytical skills, logs analysis
• Problem solving, analytical and positive attitude
• Good technical English reading, writing, and verbal skills
• Strong interpersonal, reliable and communication skills
• Knowledge of programming techniques and algorithms (OOP, multithreading, script languages such as Python/Java)
• Cloud platform experience such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure automation software tools
• Experience in Coding Integrated Development Environment (e. g. Java IDE (Eclipse, Intelli
  J, etc. ))
• Basic knowledge of UNIX/Linux
• Practical experience with DBMS (My
  SQL desirable)
• Experience in Test Automation projects for cloud computing solutions (private or public)
• Experience with ACD and Call Center practices
