Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
As a quality data expert, you will directly contribute towards the digitalization of BBM Product Quality Management activities, improving organizational speed, efficiency, financial performance, and customer delight. For that you will:
- Drive digitalizing and automation of customer and software quality activities, tracking of quality targets, and automate and optimize quality assessment, reporting, and visualization solutions;
- Design, develop, maintain, and support innovative digital solutions, semantic data models, data management standards, and data governance activities;
- Improve quality processes and methods for Bosch BBM Hardware, software, and service products, using modern techniques like AI and decentralized systems;
- Analyze and improve business processes by involving process owners, conducting benchmarks, initiating improvement projects, and identifying modern technologies that impact customer and software quality;
- Collaborate in functional labs and centers of competence (Co
C), create, and conduct quality training, coaching, and
- checks.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- Experience: Several years of professional experience in quality and IT environment. Strong experience in
- functional collaboration; - Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of quality management systems, quality methods, and processes in the automotive business. Good understanding of quality norms, industry standards, and
- specific requirements, project and change management skills. - Personality and Working Practice: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a networking attitude. Analytical,
- oriented, and structured work style with a
- solving mindset; - Enthusiasm: Enthusiastic about intercultural collaboration across the world;
- Languages: Business fluent in English. Knowledge of German is a plus.
