Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus’ global success and play a vital role in Airbus’ transformation journey in standardisation, harmonisation, digitalisation and automation of
-
- end processes (e. g. Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions. Our target is that siloed ways of working/processes will be a relic of the past within the AGBS. To drive such culture change we are looking for candidates with pioneering spirit that make

Responsibilities - your mission

1. Learning development and deployment support
2. Quality Competence Management (mapping & monitoring, launch continuous improvement actions & decommission when needed)
3. Analysis of Quality learning Catalogue vs Quality Competence catalogue (ensure coherency & connections, LPAD update)
4. Lead the Quality Academy communication activity (newsletters, gsite, …)
5. Quality Learning catalogue efficiency analysis, maintenance & decommissioning of no longer needed trainings
6. Curriculum formalisation in My
   Pulse
7. Training development in support to Q Academy topic leader
8. Quality Authorisation (QA)
9. QA catalogue management (QA creation/modification/follow up)
10. QA Quality manager access management (nominative list update)
11. Predefined requirements (PDR) catalogue follow up & update
