Quality Assurance Specialist - Equipment Management (M/F)

To strengthen our core team in Torres Vedras, we are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist - Equipment Management to join our company.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of industry experience in a GMP regulated environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Validation experience (lab equipment and/or computer related systems).
• Experience applying GMP and data integrity requirements in a QC setting.
• Knowledge of ISO 17025 and GMP requirements.
• Experience in equipment calibration, maintenance, or quality assurance roles.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Develop and execute plans for equipment calibration, verification, and maintenance.
• Supervise and manage equipment service providers to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Oversee and authorize the use of equipment, ensuring proper qualification and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and schedules for all
  - related activities.
• Identify, classify and report deviations, as appropriate.
• Work closely with others to recognize opportunities for improvement and drive change through the use of Quality Systems.
• Participate in internal audits for compliance with SOPs, GMPs and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
