Quality Assurance Manager (m/f) – Hybrid (Lisbon)

What do you need to have:

1. Hard Skills:
2. University degree in an ICT-related field;
3. Profound expertise and extensive experience in Quality Assurance;
4. Over 2 years of
   - on experience as a proficient Service Manager, adept in managing projects, clients, teams, and financial aspects. Skillfully engaged in business development, excelling in crafting compelling proposals and comprehensive reports;
5. Capable of defining and applying formal quality standards in the IT environment. Quality of IT projects;
6. Proven experience leading and managing QA teams, including hiring, training, and mentoring team members;
7. Experience in the creation and implementation of QA Strategy;
8. Experience in the creation of QA Offer;
9. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile frameworks and methodologies;
10. Exceptional communicator with a strong
    - oriented approach that prioritizes
    - being and individual growth. Meticulously organized in daily operations, coupled with a proactive and dynamic disposition, driving continuous progress;
11. Capable of integrating into an international/multicultural environment; rapid
    - starting capability and experience in teamwork are mandatory;
12. Strong analytical and
    - solving skills with attention to detail;
13. Good level of English (Independent user — level B2 according to the Europass Language Passport);
14. ISTQB Certification; (plus)
15. International experience; (plus)
16. Experience in European Agencies (plus)
