Job Description:

We are searching for a driven Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team at Körber Supply Chain PT S. A. in Maia.

Your role in our team

• Evaluate the quality of technical design specifications and documents to ensure timely, relevant, and meaningful feedback.
• Be involved in planning and implementing strategies to manage and ensure quality testing.
• Responsible for assuring project/product quality.
• Support project managers in defining project/product specific quality objectives.
• Plan the project/product specific quality measures, together with Project Manager and R&D.
• Evaluate detected deviations and drive problem solving activities.
• Contribute to the entire product development process to ensure process compliance.
• Drive FMEA teams.
• Safeguard delivery quality (participate/lead in focus teams, taskforces, crises teams and risk assessments).
• Identify and drive continuous improvement activities.
• Cooperate with other internal business and operational functions for all Quality Management aspects.
• Deploy new Quality Tools and Methods.
• Train and coach other colleagues in Quality Management tools.

Your profile

• University degree in Engineering.
• Knowledge in Quality Standards and Quality Tools: APQP, 8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA.
• 5 years’ experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
