Job Description
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Quality Business Area (Replacement EMEA) team in Marketing & Sales. The successful candidate will handle and lead technical compliance and clearing cases for the manufacturing part of the Business Area (BA). This person will drive customer satisfaction and the overall quality management system by maintaining and implementing quality procedures and standards in the BA EMEA in the area of hot preparation.
- Drives actively technical compliance cases in the BA in all phases for the manufacturing part of the BA;
- Handles and initiates QM holds (all except Conformity of Production - COP cases) and coordinates actions to control, release and scrap;
- Responsible for supporting EMEA plants in the hot preparation as an interface between plants and central functions;
- Conducts audits in the area of hot preparation process;
- Develops, establishes, and implements process governance, standards, roles and responsibilities, policies and procedures, methods and tools relevant for the BA.
Qualifications
- Degree in any engineering discipline (Quality/Production/Manufacturing/Chemical Eng preferred)
- 5 years of experience in similar functions;
- Fluent English language skills (written and spoken - mandatory);
- Leading business process management experience;
- Cross-functional experience in different functional areas (preferred);
- Technical compliance handling knowledge (preferred);
- Analytical and
- solving skills; - Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to lead without authority.
