To Do What:
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and execute QA test plans that improve quality by design;
- Conduct root cause analysis of failures and verify through controlled experiments;
Our ideal candidate has:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a QA Analyst.
- Experience in Web API mobile Android and web tests.
- Experience in Linux OS.
- Experience in test case design, creation, execution, and report.
- Exposure to some tools like Postman, Charles, JIRA, Git, Xray, Jenkins.
- Solid knowledge in software testing.
- Solid understanding of the basis of test automation, particularly with Robot Framework and firmware/hardware.
- Good analysis, organization, communication, and teamwork skills.
- A dynamic and critical spirit.
- Ability and eagerness to learn.
- Autonomy and initiative.
- Passion for developing novel and unique systems that have a direct impact in people’s lives.
- Natural leadership, winning personality and a drive to disrupt.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Programming knowledge, particularly using Python.
- QA certification or equivalent accreditation (e. g. ISTQB).
- Experience with hardware/firmware testing.
- Experience in People management.
