About the Role
Join our QA & Testing team as a Quality Assurance Analyst, supporting the migration of a critical tax platform used in
- border financial operations. You’ll work closely with test managers, developers, product teams, and DBAs to ensure
- quality delivery and robust automation practices in a dynamic, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and support testing strategies for ongoing product development and platform migration.
- Create and execute detailed test plans and test cases, ensuring coverage of all scenarios and edge cases.
- Manage test data creation and apply masking techniques to safeguard sensitive data (PII, PHI).
- Prioritize and execute testing activities across development sprints.
- Implement and maintain test automation suites using modern tools and frameworks.
- Work with development and infrastructure teams to implement CI/CD pipelines integrated with automated testing.
- Execute SQL queries and validate data across multiple environments.
- Identify and document defects, track them through resolution, and perform regression testing.
- Monitor and report QA metrics using Jira and Confluence.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the software development lifecycle.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 3 years of experience in software testing, including automation and data validation.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test data strategies, and Agile practices.
- Experience with tools such as Python, Swagger, Flask, Jira, Confluence, Git
Hub, and AWS. - Proficiency with both
- end and API testing, as well as
- box and
- box techniques. - Experience integrating tests into CI/CD workflows.
- Strong analytical mindset, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English (minimum B2 level).
Deliverables
- Complete test plans aligned with development scopes (HLBR/Epics/User Stories).
- Successfully executed manual and automated test cases per sprint.
- Functional test coverage across systems.
- QA reports summarizing key metrics and test outcomes.
