We are looking for Italian fluent candidates living in Lisbon, to join the team of a famous multinational company, in a project with one of the world's most famous social media platforms.

responsabilidades chave

in this role you will be guiding, coaching, training and/or monitoring a team of Italian advisors/reviewers to perform the best way possible and provide the best service to the platform.

competências

fluent in Italian (level C1 minimum) and be living in Lisbon, with availability to go to the office on a daily basis (office in Sete Rios)

good English skills

having previous experience in
- center/content review is mandatory, applications without experience will not be considered.

experience in specific roles of Quality Analyst, Team Leader and/or Trainer are very valuable.

high-school diploma (minimum)

must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal (residence card)
