About the Roles
Quality Analyst
- Monitor and evaluate customer interactions to ensure quality standards.
- Provide feedback and coaching to enhance team performance.
- Identify trends and improvement opportunities for operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with management to implement best practices.
Team Leader
- Supervise and support a team of customer support agents.
- Ensure operational goals and KPIs are met.
- Conduct coaching sessions and performance reviews.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
Fluent German (C1 minimum) and strong English skills.
Residing in Lisbon with availability for
- site work (Sete Rios).
Analytical mindset,
- solving skills, and attention to detail.
Strong empathy and customer service focus.
Previous call center experience is mandatory.
Experience in leadership or training roles is highly valued.
Minimum high-school diploma.
EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal (residence card).
What We Offer:
- Direct contract with the company.
- Base Salary: within €1000 and €1100
- Project Bonus: €50
- Role Bonus: €100
- Language Bonus: €200
- Meal Allowance: €7. 17 per day
- Performance Bonus: Up to €120
- Full-time shifts on a rotating schedule, including night shifts and two rotating days off per week.
