What you will do

We are looking for a QA UAT Tester (m/f/d) in the Global Customer Engagement department who will ensure that the Customer Data Platform and Loyalty program meet business requirements and objectives. Key responsibilities for the role:

1. Define test structure, processes and test documentation standards for the project or product.
2. Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases tailored to address specific business needs and use cases, including test data.
3. Conduct
   -
   - end business testing to ensure seamless integration and smooth workflow between various system components across departments.
4. Plan and execute regression tests, ensuring that new changes do not negatively impact existing functionalities.
5. Perform integration testing with third parties via agreed test plans and manage third party defects to ensure a timely resolution.
6. Ensure data quality by incorporating data crosschecks with other platforms.
7. Coordinate bug fixing and provide regular updates to stakeholders on discovered issues and their resolution status.
8. Monitor and report the status and progress of each test phase to different stakeholders and test coordinator.
9. Ensure thorough documentation of processes, best practices and lessons learned for future reference.
10. Develop and maintain a tester training and train testers and create and maintain release documentation to be understood for different company levels.
11. Collaborate closely with Ecommerce colleagues, Product Owners, IT counterparts and key users to understand business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
12. Stay abreast of industry trends, business best practices, and emerging technologies to propose innovative testing approaches (e. g. incorporate automation testing strategies).

What you’ll bring

Bachelor's degree in IT or economics.

Proven experience (minimum 2 years) as a QA UAT Tester.

Experience in test planning, execution and reporting best practices.

Proven knowledge of bug tracking systems and test management tools, ideally using Azure Dev
Ops Test Plans.

Effective communication with the ability to liaise between technical, business & management stakeholders.

Strong understanding of business processes and workflows.

Previous experience in Customer Master Data Management, Customer Relationship Management and Loyalty Programs is a plus.

Experience in test automation strategy and
- code test automation tools is a plus.
