We are seeking a Quality Lead to reinforce our project teams.

Requirements:

• 5 years' experience in testing.
• Experience leading teams and managing multiple projects.
• Ability to create progress monitoring dashboards (JIra and Power BI knowledge is a plus).
• Good knowledge of fundamental testing principles.
• English B1.
• Full command of Jira/Xray.
• Good communication skills.
• Availability to work at the client's premises in Lisbon (at least 3 days/week).
• Defining the overall testing strategy, guaranteeing quality at all stages of the project.
• Being the point of contact for QA, Automation and UAT, ensuring efficient processes
• Monitoring quality KPIs, test coverage and success rate.
• Coordinate test teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Identify risks, prioritise tests and propose mitigation measures.
• Build and manage progress dashboards
• Lead progress meetings with stakeholders and manage performance tests.
• Collect detailed requirements from stakeholders and
  - users.
• Create user stories with clear acceptance criteria, aligned with the business
• Collaborate in writing test cases, ensuring coverage of critical scenarios.
• Carry out requirements validation sessions with the project teams.
