Job Responsibilities:

1. Understand the overall project, understand
   - wise requirements
2. Involve in requirements gathering, analysis, and definition
3. Define test planning strategy including:
1. Regression strategy,
   - functional testing
2. Functional testing post integrations customizations
3. Staging through lab/test,
   - production, production
4. Test automations
5. Test across integrations, across phases
4. Generate and own User guides for integrations
5. Draft and own test plans for various phases/integrations
6. Create testing work tasks for phases/integrations
7. Task allocation to team members, allocate and manage
8. Responsible for quality and timely deliverables
9. Coordinate with project manager, other leads, and team members to provide optimal solutions
10. Rework on test plan for various phases/integrations
11. Rework on user guide for various phases/integrations
12. Working with product designers and developers at all stages to promote quality
13. Work with engineering team, RA team to manage defects/bugs

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree (CS, EE), or equivalent experience required
2. 8+ years of industry experience in coding in testing and test methodologies
3. Strong in QA process, process definition, and execution
4. Strong working knowledge on test automation tools for back end/UI
5. Strong working knowledge of agile/waterfall SW methodologies
6. Work experience on one or more Test Automation tools (Cucumber, Postman, Test
   NG, Selenium)
7. Work experience with Scripting Language (Python)
8. Strong written and oral English communication skills
9. Process-oriented,
   - starter,
   - motivated individual
10. Knowledge of NMS/EMS/OSS is a plus
