Job Description

As a member of JPMorgan Capital Connect, you are part of an agile team that works to enhance, design, and deliver the testing solutions of the firm’s
-
-
- art technology products in a secure and scalable way. You will execute through the design, development, and technical troubleshooting of multiple components within a technical product, application, or system, while gaining the skills and experience needed to grow within your role. Capital Connect is a digital capital raising platform for earlier stage companies. It's a platform where issuers and investors will be able to network, and access and deploy capital. It's a
- service approach, which is powered by AI tools, and it will have data and insights that offer transparency at every stage of the process.

Serve as an emerging member of Capital Connect within CIB Digital Private Markets, an agile team which aims to design and deliver
- leading technology products in a secure and scalable way.

Role Responsibilities:

• Evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing solutions
• Build, implement, and utilize a testing framework that will be adopted across large teams
• Create testing pipelines and workflows to support Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
• Instill standards around test driven design across the product teams
• Include cybersecurity concepts as part of automation testing when possible

Required Experience:

• 1-3 years of relevant and progressive software development/testing, systems engineering and/or architecture experience.
• Automation testing expertise to include:
  • Test development, release and maintenance
    • Web, API, UI, functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, load, performance and end to end testing
  • Software quality and testing methodologies
  • Test automation tools/frameworks (e. g. Cucumber/Gherkin, Selenium)
  • CI/CD pipelines and tooling
  • Experience developing software using Python, Java, C, C++, or other
    - level programming languages.
• Command of architecture, design, and business processes
• Sound technical understanding of Agile development practices
