Work inside of the QA & Testing team that is allocated to Convergence program.

QA Tester will be working with test managers, project managers and development teams to design and support Quality Assurance and testing activities around the projects lifecycle.

Key activities

1. Define and support integration test approach for the projects
2. Estimate, prioritize and execute testing activities
3. Provide clear, accurate, regular reporting through KPI’s related to the test plan implementation, as well as the automation strategy
4. Investigate the causes of
   - conforming software and train users to implement solutions
5. Partnership with other QA team members to align common tools and approach for testing and automation
6. Work with development and infrastructure teams to implement a CI/CD strategy that copes with test by design and embedded automated tests
7. Define and provide technical guidance, best practices for the software development teams and business operations teams
8. Contribute to the definition, implementation and monitoring of the company quality standards, including synchronization with others quality assurance units
9. Monitor and manage risks associated to the test plan and contribute to the risk’s identification

Required skills and experience

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
2. At least 5 years experience on software testing
3. Proficiency on QA methodology and testing processes
4. Experience working in Agile methodologies
5. Experience in implementing automated tests
6. Experience with tools such as Git, Java, Cucumber, Playwright, JMeter, Postgre
   SQL and Xray
7. Previous experience in software testing processes integrated with CI/CD tools
8. Good organizational skills, autonomy, proactivity, written and verbal communication skills
9. Test plans aligned with the defined scope (HLBR/Epics/User Stories)
10. Manual and Automated tests planned for each development sprint, passed with success
11. Functional tests executed with success
12. Testing reports for all QA & Testing metrics defined for each type of tests will be accountable for
