We are looking for a QA Analyst to join our Web Development Team. You will collaborate closely with several departments to execute and validate test cases per quality requirements and suggest modifications to specified quality standards. You will be responsible for ensuring the finished product satisfies the minimum quality requirements and is fully functional and
- friendly.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and execute QA test plans that improve quality by design;
2. Develop, implement and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures;
3. Test software products to ensure they meet quality standards;
4. Identify defects and track issues through resolution;
5. Collaborate with team members to ensure that quality standards are met;
6. Document testing results and report on defects to the development team;
7. Create and maintain documentation and tutorials;
8. Proactively and clearly report status and quality risks to partners and team for the work that the engineer directly owns and leverage basic quality metrics effectively when doing this.

What you need to have:

1. At least 1 year of experience as a QA Analyst;
2. Experience in testing Web software and APIs;
3. Familiarity with Linux OS;
4. Experience in test case design, creation, execution, and reporting;
5. Exposure to tools like Postman, Charles, JIRA, Git, Xray, Jenkins;
6. Solid knowledge in software testing;
7. Good analysis, organization, communication, and teamwork skills;
8. A dynamic and critical spirit;
9. Strong
   - solving skills;
10. Keen attention to detail;
11. Ability and eagerness to learn;
12. Autonomy and initiative;
13. Passion for developing novel and unique systems that have a direct impact on people’s lives;
14. Natural leadership, winning personality, and a drive to disrupt;
15. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

What we would love to see:

1. QA certification or equivalent accreditation (ISTQB);
2. Experience with hardware/firmware testing;
3. Experience with mobile Android/i
   OS testing.
