What you will do

• Improve and scale up our Python based “Service
  Now Extractor” code that can import a Service
  Now application into Rhino (and convert it into our Universal Application Notation), as well as our “Service
  Now Transformer” code that takes UAN and converts it into a Service
  Now application.
• Develop and maintain Service
  Now integrations.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to understand business requirements.
• Design, develop, and test Service
  Now applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Service
  Now issues.
• Stay
  -
  - date on the latest Service
  Now features and functionality.

Must haves

• +3 years of experience working in software development with Python.
• Experience with Celery, Django, or Fast
  API.
• EST time zone availability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Excellent English and communication skills.

Nice to haves

• Some experience either doing integrations or building modules within Service
  Now.
• Experience working with AI.
