Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus'
global success and play a vital role in Airbus' transformation journey in standardisation,
harmonisation, digitalisation and automation of

- end processes (e. g. Procure to Pay) of all
overhead functions. Our target is that siloed ways of working / processes will be a relic of the past
within the AGBS. To drive such culture change we are looking for candidates with pioneering spirit

responsabilidades chave
your role:
Creation of spend and performance reportings and analyses
Communication with team leaders, delivery lead and internal stakeholders (Commodity buyers, process & tools department)
Organize and lead performance review meetings
Use of Airbus ERP System (SAP)
Use of other specific tools (Coupa, data visualization and reporting tools such as Big Data, Qlik Sense. . . )
Additional Responsibilities:
Support the team leaders in reporting tasks
competências
if you have:
1-3 years experience in Supply Chain and/or Procurement
1-3 years experience in Data Analysis
Experience in Coupa, data visualization and reporting tools such as Big Data, Qlik Sense is a plus Communication skills
Be customer focused, understand priorities = knows how to prioritize in case of emergencies
Eager to learn to work with new tools / be open to change and to continuous improvement
A degree in Engineering, Business or Procurement and/or data related field is a plus
Fluent in English (negotiation level)
Enjoy a dynamic and multicultural environment with a lot of different tools and variety of products and services
Shows a lot of reliability rigor and concentration at work
