Our client is a reference in aeronautical sector and is recruiting a Purchasing Assistant for his department of procurement.
responsabilidades chave
Our candidate is the Procurement Purchasing Assistant manages ordering activities for Procurement Commodities within France, Germany, Spain, the UK and Portugal. This also includes operational sourcing activities following the Procurement processes and strategies.
? Review of Purchase Requests (PRs)
? Purchase Order (PO) creation / update and follow up of POs
? Operational Sourcing
? Service Desk activities (provide support to internal stakeholders)
? Maintenance of info records (e. g. catalogues)
? Communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders (internal customers, buyers)
? Use of Airbus ERP Systems (SAP)
? Use of other specific tools (Coupa)
competências
Experience in Supply Chain and/or Procurement is a plus
Communication skills
Be customer focused, understand priorities = knows how to prioritize in case of emergencies
Eager to learn to work with new tools / be open to change and to continuous improvement
Fluent in English
French, Spanish or German would be a plus
Enjoy a dynamic and multicultural environment with a lot of different tools and variety of products and services
Shows a lot of reliability rigor and concentration at work
