Job Description:

Purchase to Pay Specialist

What will you do?

1. Answer requests from suppliers
2. Management of relationship with the supplier
3. Close and report (monitored by the GL team incl. inventory accounting)
4. Identify potential new EDI suppliers with the procurement team
5. Support the supplier in the implementation of EDI solutions (testing, etc. )
6. Management of the invoice workflow based on DOA which will include invoice rejections and invoices placed on hold
7. Invoice enrichment / correction (OCR)
8. Ensure credit notes are received from vendors where requested
9. Manage payment processing (all payments, and not only vendors’) for standard, exception, and foreign currency payments
10. Manage
    - received payments
11. Sample expense claim review and accept/reject
12. T&E reporting production
13. Corporate card application process and closing
14. Corporate card balance sheet reconciliation
15. Corporate credit limit management
16. Travel management company file processing
17. Manage lodge card statements
18. Manage
    - standard employee queries

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Business

Fluency in English

Experience:

Experience working in Accounts Payable, Purchase to Pay or Travel & Expenses

Experience in use of Office applications and ERP system application

Ability to work under pressure

Detail-oriented, professional attitude, reliable person

Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
