Join our team as an Account Executive!

Our team is growing, and we want you for the role of Account Executive!

If you have experience in identifying potential clients, presenting commercial proposals, and managing new accounts/clients, this is your opportunity to shine!

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients in the assigned geographic areas;
• Manage new accounts/clients and enhance opportunities with active clients;
• Develop and present commercial proposals based on client requirements and monitor them, promoting negotiation and adaptation of proposals for awarding;
• Monitor new clients to assess their satisfaction;
• Record and manage all commercial activities in CRM software;
• Transmit all relevant information of the new client to the operational area;
• Ensure formal awarding by the client and update the CRM software as necessary;
• Promote the image of Multitempo by Job&Talent in the market as a company that meets all legal requirements and has solid
  - how;
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, contributing to the growth of Multitempo by Job&Talent;
• Ensure that all documentation is transmitted, sent, filled, and accepted by clients;
• Ensure the filing of all documentation.

What we are looking for

• Academic background in sales or other relevant areas, with at least 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources;
• Solid experience with CRM software;
• Experience interacting with various stakeholders during the sales process (e. g. , HR, Purchasing, Finance, Operations);
• Proactive and pragmatic approach to
  -
  - face sales and participation in client meetings;
• Solid knowledge of the temporary work sector;
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, establishing and maintaining
  - term relationships with clients and managing sales cycles of 3 to 6 months;
• English level: B2;
• Driver's license.
