A Snapshot of Your Day (Position Overview)

1. Organize and participate in internal and external alignment meetings along proposal and execution phases of New Unit and Service Projects to cover spare part related topics until final
   - over to the respective execution teams.
2. Screen project specifications and requirements to prepare spare part related calculations & contract documents for New Unit and Service Projects.
3. Communicate with your internal colleagues to exchange project experience and share standard methodology.

How You’ll Make an Impact (Responsibilities)

1. Develop all the efforts of the team such as organization of coordination meetings to ensure that the team is on track to deliver spare lists per agreed dates or contractual obligation.
2. Develop the scope of Spares List and related Proposals for domestic and overseas projects with a larger focus on overseas projects. Preparation of appropriate proposal cost and margin analysis, bid approval (Lo
   A Process) and handover documentation as required by Sales/Project Management at different stages during sales/project implementation process.
3. Process parts order and quotes in SAP PD2 and KSP to meet project timelines.
4. Management of the project handover process for the spare part portion to project execution in the Region and Business Unit.
5. Work with a global portfolio of customers and internal partners.

What You Bring (Requirements)

1. Mechanical / Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
2. Working experience in the areas of project/proposal management in the field of power generation business.
3. Keen interest in supporting the energy industry to increase productivity, energy efficiency, decarbonization of infrastructures and society in general and support the energy transition journey.
4. Focused, organized, and receptive to other people's opinions and views, ability to analyze and collaborate efficiently with teams.
5. Drive, energy, persistence, and capability to enthuse people around you.
6. MS Excel, MS Windows, MS Office knowledge, SAP knowledge is a plus.
7. Demonstrate business insight and ability to work independently as well as lead project specific teams for spare part proposals.
8. Keen to learn and adapt approach to incorporate additional technologies or solutions.
9. At least 2 years experience in similar functions.
10. Capability to follow processes but still be proactive and think creatively.
11. Proficiency in English – Required. German is a plus.
12. Ability to keep focus at all times to assure high quality in the work you deliver.
13. Easily adapt to different types of projects, teams, partners, and workload fluctuations.
14. Cultural sensitivity as we work with partners all around the world.
