We are looking for a Project QA/QC Coordinator Electrical (Site) who will be responsible for coordinating and supervising QA/QC activities related to electrical and instrumentation systems
- site. This professional will ensure that installation, testing, and commissioning comply with project specifications, international standards, and applicable regulations, guaranteeing the proper integration and functionality of the systems.

Location: Sines, Portugal

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate QA/QC activities for electrical and instrumentation disciplines during installation and commissioning.
• Verify that electrical installation works (cables, trays, panels, equipment) comply with applicable technical specifications and standards.
• Manage
  - conformities in the electrical discipline, including problem identification, implementation of corrective actions, and closure.
• Coordinate testing of electrical systems (megger tests, continuity, grounding).
• Ensure compliance with international standards such as IEC, ISA, NEC, and specific client requirements.
• Prepare and present daily/weekly inspection and quality reports to the client and project management.
• Collaborate closely with contractors, site supervisors, and commissioning teams to ensure proper integration of electrical systems.
• Ensure all activities comply with the project's health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Automation, Instrumentation Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience: At least 7 years of experience in QA/QC for electrical in industrial projects, preferably in Oil & Gas, Energy, or Hydrogen.
• Experience in
  - scale projects, focusing on medium and low voltage systems, grounding, control systems, and integrity testing.
• Certifications: Knowledge of international standards such as IEC, NEC, ISA 84, and ANSI/ISA.
• QA/QC certifications (e. g. , ISO 9001 or equivalents) and knowledge of quality management systems.
• Familiarity with electrical testing tools and software.
• Languages: Fluent English (mandatory, both spoken and written). Portuguese is a plus.
