Responsibilities

1. Manage Workday implementation and optimization projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
2. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and internal and external stakeholders.
3. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
4. Ensure adherence to best practices and project management standards.
5. Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders.

Essential Skills

1. Proven experience as a Project Manager in Workday projects.
2. Solid knowledge of Workday modules (HCM, Finance, Payroll, among others).
3. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification (preferred).
4. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
