The Project Manager's prime responsibility is to ensure that a project produces the required products, to the required standard of quality and within the specified constraints of time and cost.

Note that this position is Remote, but our candidates must be based in Portugal. We will not move forward with applicants based outside of Portugal.

Planning & Control

1. Leading application migration projects from planning to project closure
2. Working primarily within all fields of project management within the IT Sector (but not exclusively)
3. Ownership of project/migration plans
4. Ensuring that forecasted trackable milestones are achieved and full adherence to change management processes
5. Full compliance with Quality Management controls and processes as applicable
6. Full adherence with Risk Management processes and controls, including fallback plans and containment actions

Team Leadership

1. Effective and confident leadership of a multicultural fully remote Project Team
2. Communicating the latest project status to all stakeholders
3. Ensuring that the team is fully and appropriately resourced to deliver, with periods of leave arranged and adequately covered
4. Ensure the project team is aware of the current priorities and expected work deadlines. They are motivated and focused to deliver
5. Address team blockers and issues
6. Contribute to the wider PM team within Fujitsu and customers ensuring any open related topics are effectively managed and addressed
7. Contribute lessons learned/suggest and implement improvements for Project Management methodology
8. Full management of PM responsibilities e. g. Risk management, communication management, stakeholder management, etc.

Required Skills

1. At least one of the key languages: French, German, Swedish, or Dutch
2. Fluency in English
3. At least 1 year of experience in Project Management
4. At least one certification: Prince2, CAPM, PMP, (or similar)
5. Autonomy – able to work independently as an individual contributor
6. Organization skills – able to organize and simplify complex environments
7. Communication skills – able to work and engage all sorts of stakeholders
