Project Manager/Scrum Master - Salesforce
Mission We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Scrum Master with expertise in Salesforce to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and a deep understanding of Salesforce platforms. As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate and manage the Agile process, ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce projects.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily
- ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. Collaborate with Product Owners, Development Teams, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals. Coach and mentor team members on Agile best practices and principles. Identify and remove impediments to ensure the team’s progress and productivity. Track and report on project metrics, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team. Profile Qualifications: Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably with Salesforce projects. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc. ). Salesforce certifications (e. g. , Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer) are highly desirable. Excellent communication, leadership, and
- solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a
- paced, dynamic environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Good Level of English and French (mandatory). Organization Inetum is a European leader in digital services.
