CIB – supported by the Procurement Group function – is currently reviewing its Procurement organization and tooling to enable a wiser monitoring of the expense worldwide. In order to do so, one aspect of the project will be to implement a new procurement tool (PWise) with harmonized approval workflows for CIB Worldwide, in alignment with the Group’s expectations (P&P). Procurement & Performance (P&P) is the owner of the target solution and the Global Project team is implementing the selected tool within CIB Worldwide.

The deployments of Pwise will start with the Hubs that already have a procurement tool that must be decommissioned end of 2025. The objective will be to enforce the new Sourcing to Contract (S2C) model on France, UK, US/Canada, and Portugal. The deployment will be organized in dual mode with a project manager being part of the global project team and a local manager dedicated to his territory’s deployment. This contractor would be the local Project Manager for UK/NAR/PT.

Main Tasks:

• Project documentation (kick-off document, weekly activity reports, roadmap, workshops, master data, operational procedures, target definition, roadmap finetuning and adjustments…)
• Data documentation (all templates duly
  - up and updated with expected format, tested, validated with a
  - up to be able to monitor the completion until the end)
• TOM Documentation for the location
• BAU Team organization, onboarding, training
