We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager to strengthen our team and support the successful execution of projects across our organization. This role is ideal for professionals with a solid foundation in project management who are eager to expand their expertise and take on greater responsibilities. This person will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery by implementing best practices, optimizing processes, and fostering collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and senior management.

Location: Lisbon with occasional travelling to Vilamoura

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and documentation.
• Track project progress, costs and performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Provide regular status updates, reports, and dashboards for stakeholders and senior management.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, including agenda preparation,
  - taking, and
  - ups on action items.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of project management tools and methodologies.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to drive project success, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.
• Implement governance frameworks, standards, and best practices to improve efficiency and consistency across projects.
• Identify potential project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and
  - sharing within the organization.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in project management to drive innovation.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 4-5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record in driving successful projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and best practices.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e. g. , Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello); expertise in Asana preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in Real Estate or Hospitality is highly valued.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational,
  - solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and build strong relationships.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese is required.
