We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team.

What you'll do:

• Optimize cost and functionalities to improve solutions;
• Participate in defining functional specifications;
• Assess project impacts based on strategic objectives;
• Evaluate and mitigate risks during implementation;
• Define objectives, deadlines, and ensure
  - quality deliverables;
• Oversee project steering, monitoring, and coordination;
• Ensure alignment of deliverables with business goals;
• Track project progress through KPIs and dashboards;
• Define management processes and tools;
• Identify and engage key stakeholders;
• Assess resource allocation, identify improvement areas, and propose action plans;
• Act as the primary point of contact for the project sponsor;
• Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.

What you will need to bring:

• Strong experience managing IT projects;
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience;
• Expertise in Agile methodology;
• Fluent in English;
• Fluent in French (nice to have);
• Strong autonomy and rigorous approach to project execution;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Adaptability and resilience in dynamic environments;
• Strong risk identification and mitigation skills;
• Effective coordination and motivation skills.
