We're Hiring: Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Application Development Team! If you have 5 to 8 years of experience (minimum 5 years in this role) and are passionate about leading technical projects, we want to hear from you!

Hybrid Work Model: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Application Architecture Design – Define system structure, layers, modules, services, and interfaces.

✅ Technology Selection – Choose the best frameworks, tools, and platforms.

✅ Requirements Management – Transform business needs into functional and technical architecture.

✅ Quality & Performance – Ensure system security, scalability, and efficiency.

✅ Release Planning & Scheduling – Oversee project timelines and deliverables.

✅ Cross-Team Coordination – Act as a bridge between development, QA, product, and infrastructure teams.

✅ Version Control & Process Automation – Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

✅ Post-Release Monitoring – Ensure system stability and quick issue resolution.

✅ Documentation & Standards – Maintain best practices and project documentation.

Required Technical Skills & Knowledge:

Programming: Experience in C#, Java
Script, Angular, or similar frameworks.

System Design: Knowledge of MVC, Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture.

Software Architecture: Experience with scalable and
- availability architectures.

Dev
Ops & CI/CD: Knowledge of continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automation.

Databases: Strong experience with SQL and relational databases.

Version Control: Proficiency in Git, TFVC, or other version control tools.

⭐ Nice-to-Have Skills:

➕ Experience with No
SQL databases.

➕ Knowledge of integration technologies (e. g. , Biz
Talk).

➕ Understanding of environment & infrastructure management (production, staging, development).

➕ Basic knowledge of automated and regression testing.
