Overview
We are seeking an organised and
- driven Project Manager - Content to lead the execution of client projects, ensuring seamless communication,
- time delivery, and exceptional outcomes. As the liaison between our internal teams and clients, you will manage the

- end project lifecycle, from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in digital marketing, a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and experience on managing digital content project in both local and global settings.
Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Management:
- Define project scope, budget, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Ensure that invoicing is

- date and project invoicing is done according to its scope. - Develop detailed project plans, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure all objectives are met on time and within budget.
- Understand pivoting needs and readjust project plans accordingly.
- Client Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and professional communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular updates on project status, address concerns, and manage expectations effectively.
- Team Coordination:
- Collaborate with
- functional teams (designers, copywriters, developers, and analysts) to allocate resources and ensure smooth project execution. - Facilitate team meetings, brainstorm sessions, and
- project reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with
- Quality Assurance:
- Monitor project deliverables to ensure alignment with client expectations, brand standards, and industry best practices.
- Identify and resolve issues or roadblocks that may impact the quality or timeline of the project.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Analyse project performance metrics and provide insights to clients and leadership.
- Create project reports, including budget tracking, KPIs, and ROI analysis.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience managing projects in digital content production, preferably within a creative agency, content studio, or
- house content team. - Demonstrated success managing content-related projects such as video production, social media campaigns, website content creation, blogs, podcasts, or interactive media.
- Familiarity with the full content production lifecycle, including ideation, scripting, design, production, editing, approvals, and distribution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, or a related field - or prior experience up to 5 years, preferably at
- side. - Certifications in project management (PMP, Agile, or Scrum) is a plus.
- Familiarity with design principles, content marketing, SEO principles, and social media best practices is a plus.
- Understanding of analytics tools (e. g. , Google Analytics, social media insights tools) to measure content performance.
- Knowledge of collaborative tools like Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Google Workspace.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power
Point. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Portuguese & English) mandatory.
- Comfortable to work in multidisciplinary and multilingual environments; previous work experience on global projects will be highly valued.
