Overview

We are seeking an organised and
- driven Project Manager - Content to lead the execution of client projects, ensuring seamless communication,
- time delivery, and exceptional outcomes. As the liaison between our internal teams and clients, you will manage the
-
- end project lifecycle, from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in digital marketing, a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and experience on managing digital content project in both local and global settings.

Responsibilities

1. Project Planning and Management:
   1. Define project scope, budget, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
   2. Ensure that invoicing is
      -
      - date and project invoicing is done according to its scope.
   3. Develop detailed project plans, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure all objectives are met on time and within budget.
   4. Understand pivoting needs and readjust project plans accordingly.
2. Client Communication:
   1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and professional communication throughout the project lifecycle.
   2. Provide regular updates on project status, address concerns, and manage expectations effectively.
3. Team Coordination:
   1. Collaborate with
      - functional teams (designers, copywriters, developers, and analysts) to allocate resources and ensure smooth project execution.
   2. Facilitate team meetings, brainstorm sessions, and
      - project reviews to identify areas for improvement.
4. Quality Assurance:
   1. Monitor project deliverables to ensure alignment with client expectations, brand standards, and industry best practices.
   2. Identify and resolve issues or roadblocks that may impact the quality or timeline of the project.
5. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
   1. Analyse project performance metrics and provide insights to clients and leadership.
   2. Create project reports, including budget tracking, KPIs, and ROI analysis.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience managing projects in digital content production, preferably within a creative agency, content studio, or
  - house content team.
• Demonstrated success managing content-related projects such as video production, social media campaigns, website content creation, blogs, podcasts, or interactive media.
• Familiarity with the full content production lifecycle, including ideation, scripting, design, production, editing, approvals, and distribution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, or a related field - or prior experience up to 5 years, preferably at
  - side.
• Certifications in project management (PMP, Agile, or Scrum) is a plus.
• Familiarity with design principles, content marketing, SEO principles, and social media best practices is a plus.
• Understanding of analytics tools (e. g. , Google Analytics, social media insights tools) to measure content performance.
• Knowledge of collaborative tools like Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Google Workspace.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power
  Point.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Portuguese & English) mandatory.
• Comfortable to work in multidisciplinary and multilingual environments; previous work experience on global projects will be highly valued.
