To keep driving success, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Project Manager to join our team in Porto, Portugal. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering retail solution projects and ensuring customer satisfaction with our professional services.

Main assignments:

1. Manage the delivery of consulting projects involving the implementation of LS Retail's products and services
2. Track project progress, monitor deliverables, costs, timing, and change requests
3. Responsible for invoicing of services and expenses on projects
4. Work with consulting management to prepare proposals for consulting services
5. Work with consulting management to manage resource allocation and staffing on projects
6. Participate in developing
   - added tools (methodologies, processes, templates, documentation) that enhance repeatability and, in doing so, improve efficiency, consistency and quality of delivery/execution
7. As necessary, provide all project management and any services assistance needed to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
2. At least 2-5 years of relevant business experience, project management, or consulting organization experience is a plus
3. Strong oral and written English communication skills
4. Able to effectively communicate and work with external resources, clients, and internal teams
5. Great organizational skills by planning activities and projects well in advance and taking account of possible changing circumstances
6. Product and application knowledge of ERP solutions is a plus
7. Flexibility to work accommodating hours when managing a team across multiple time zones
8. Strong IT literacy with good skills in the Microsoft Office Suite and PM management tools
