We’re currently partnering with an amazing Startup company in the health sector and are looking for a Project Manager to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and structure projects in an Agile environment, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with business goals.
2. Work closely with stakeholders to define priorities, tasks, and acceptance criteria.
3. Manage the
   - level roadmap, estimate timelines, and ensure project milestones are met.
4. Improve communication and collaboration between business and tech teams, enhancing workflow and transparency.
5. Identify opportunities for new ideas and innovation, helping the startup refine and scale its product.
6. Create structure within the team, organizing processes, and bringing a strong execution mindset.

Requirements:

1. Experience as a Project Manager and/or Product Owner in a
   - paced environment, ideally in a startup setting.
2. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc. ).
3. Strong ability to align business goals with technology, even in environments where direct tech collaboration is still developing.
4. Great communication skills, ensuring clear expectations across all teams.
5. Experience working with roadmaps, backlog management, and prioritization frameworks.
6. Fluent in written and spoken English and Portuguese.
