Profile:

1. Degree in Computer Science or Management or equivalent;
2. At least 5 years' experience in project management of significant complexity;
3. PMP Certificate;

Tasks:

1. Plan and develop technological infrastructure projects, encompassing preventive, corrective and evolutionary maintenance of: information systems, servers, computer network resources, communications controllers, computer network security data backup structures;
2. Defining, managing and implementing the planning and control of IT projects;
3. Carrying out technical and financial studies with a view to selecting and acquiring IT equipment, communication systems and basic software parts;
4. Drawing up standards and procedures by maintaining a knowledge database with technical documentation on the respective operations carried out in the administration of the Office's IT networks;
5. Collaborating in the definition of policies, procedures and the design of specifications for the development and contracting of business solutions, services and goods for the Organization's Information and Communication Technologies;
6. Studying the impact of Information and Communication Technology solutions on both work organization and the organizational system, proposing appropriate measures for introducing innovations and training users;
7. Defining, managing and implementing processes, procedures and policies in the field of implementing Information and Communication Technology Management systems;
8. Ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of information stored, processed and transported as part of ongoing projects;
9. Drawing up standards and procedures by maintaining a knowledge database with technical documentation that complies with the respective operations carried out in the Office's Information and Communication Technology Project Management.
