About the Job

We will rely on you to:

1. Have at least three years in a technical role as an engineer;
2. Have at least two years as project manager or SCRUM Master;
3. Have experience in managing customer relationships at an executive leadership level;
4. Have experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, and/or Kanban);
5. Have minimum JIRA and Microsoft Project experience;
6. Have intermediate to advanced spoken and written English.

What we're looking for:

- Work with customer and internal technical leads, client executives, and partners to manage and deliver successful implementations of Google Cloud solutions, becoming a trusted advisor to
- makers throughout the engagement;

- Lead the program management of multifunctional, large Google Cloud Professional Services projects, covering program planning, delivery assurance and verification, tracking and reporting, and risk and mitigation planning;

- Manage the risks, issues, and actions for accounts and regularly track them to meet the expected outcomes and timelines, building mitigation plans as the program evolves;

- Interact with sales, partners, and customer technical stakeholders to manage project scope, priorities, deliverables, risks/issues, and timelines for successful client outcomes;

- Fill
- level technical gaps in meetings without the need for back and forth between customer and internal teams.
