About the Job

1. Have at least three years in a technical role as an engineer;
2. Have at least two years as project manager or SCRUM Master;
3. Have experience in managing customer relationships at an executive leadership level;
4. Have experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, and/or Kanban);
5. Have minimum JIRA and Microsoft Project experience;
6. Have intermediate to advanced spoken and written English.

1. Work with customer and internal technical leads, client executives, and partners to manage and deliver successful implementations of Google Cloud solutions, becoming a trusted advisor to
   - makers throughout the engagement;
2. Lead the program management of multifunctional, large Google Cloud Professional Services projects, covering program planning, delivery assurance and verification, tracking and reporting, and risk and mitigation planning;
3. Manage the risks, issues, and actions for accounts and regularly track them to meet the expected outcomes and timelines, building mitigation plans as the program evolves;
4. Interact with sales, partners, and customer technical stakeholders to manage project scope, priorities, deliverables, risks/issues, and timelines for successful client outcomes;
5. Fill
   - level technical gaps in meetings without the need for back and forth between customer and internal teams.
