Responsibilities

• ensure your squad of developers, solution architects, technical engineers, partners and vendors; design and deliver solutions that meet both business and enterprise architecture demands, adopting industry and Luz Saúde best practices and

• ensure effective communication, continuous alignment of all contributors and timely running of governance routines and drive the project team to completion in close interaction with the Project Sponsor
• frame the project upfront, define the most adequate governance to lead the project to success and get signoff
• build/consolidate and maintain the project plan, effectively manage unplanned events, manage dependencies and critical path
• secure the staffing of the project team, with the support of line managers and/or relevant governance body in charge of allocating resources
• creating project management and status reports
• developing and assist teams in creating milestones and timelines
  
  
  
  

• Experience in a project manager role
• In-depth knowledge Agile (Scrum, Kanban and Le
  SS) methodologies
• Good understanding of Healthcare or Financial verticals (preferred)
• Proven experience of delivering all aspects of complex projects, delivering outcomes to the appropriate time, quality and scope
• Strong track record in successful interactions with peers in a
  - hierarchical framework
• Excellent analytical, presentation, project management, interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven coaching capabilities
• Organized and
  - focused, with attention to detail
• Comfortable operating with a strong level of autonomy,
  - driven
• Proactive, proposing or taking own initiative to prevent risks & issues
• Ability to work well under pressure and to take the initiative
• Solid work ethic, high level of motivation and resilience
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, internally
