Job description:

You will be responsible for managing projects related to Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Your primary mission is to ensure the seamless integration of AI solutions into the existing IT ecosystem. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing AI POC ensuring they follow the appropriate governance and facilitating their potential industrialization.

Main Tasks:

Project coordination & management:

• Act as the bridge between project teams and IT Teams, ensuring smooth collaboration
• Develop and track the project roadmap, aligning business needs with IT requirements
• Identify and anticipate technical and operational risks related to AI connectivity
• Provide regular status reports to sponsors and stakeholders
• Ensure that projects comply with AI governance frameworks

POC Coordination & Governance:

• Lead and coordinate AI POCs, working closely with business and technical teams
• Ensure adherence to specific POC governance rules, including compliance, security, and IT validation
• Contribute to define, with business, success criteria for POCs and oversee their evaluation for potential scaling

Technical & Connectivity management:

• Work closely with the AI architect solution to integrate AI solutions into the IT ecosystem
• Define and oversee technical connectivity requirements (APIs, data flows, interoperability, etc. )
• Ensure that architectures comply with the corporate IT standards
• Coordinate testing phases and validation processes with technical teams

Collaboration & Team support:

• Facilitate communication between business, IT and project teams
• Support IT teams in developing expertise on AI topics and their technical implications
• Ensure technology watch to stay updated on AI trend and IT innovations

Technical Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management
• Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc. )
• Strong knowledge of IT architecture, APIs, and Data exchange protocols
• Understanding of AI technologies and their implementation challenges
• Experience with AI solution integration and / or data / analytics project management
