Job Description

We are now looking for a Project Manager Support Aftersales for our GBS in Lisbon.

Responsibilities - Your Mission

1. Support of the project manager in his responsibility to achieve the project goals.
2. Identification, agreement and coordination of the project interfaces.
3. Creation of project profiles and coordination of the service content with the clients/customers.
4. Manage the planning and status of all processes; have a global overview and report any issues that arise.
5. Creation of detailed budget plans for projects.
6. Develop defined procedure/process/industrialization concepts as a project.
7. Integration planning of the projects in existing processes.
8. Presentation and documentation of the
   - project status for quality, technology, costs, and deadlines.
9. Identification of
   - project risks and initiation of risk minimization measures.
10. Set up and moderate work progress meetings structure.
11. Measure risk and support risk management.

1. A diploma/bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration or several years of professional experience or a comparable qualification acquired in another way.
2. Experience in leading various projects/project management.
3. High resilience and assertiveness.
4. Team & communication skills.
5. Business fluent English (German desirable).
6. Knowledge in designing processes.
7. Knowledge in COBIT and ITIL and PMI.
8. Experience in MS Office and G Suite.
