As Project Management Scheduler, you will create the basis for successful project management by creating and maintaining project schedules for our projects during the bid and execution phase.

Your Responsibilities

• Create standard bid and execution project schedules and design complex holistic schedules for the implementation of Material Handling projects in consultation with all involved departments and functions.
• Identify and track the critical path across all trades, create work packages, and identify deadline deviations along with measures to get back on track through analysis of alternate paths.
• Align the schedule with all contributors to achieve full
  - in and commitment, regularly update with the actual status, and transfer into project controlling.
• Create and use adequate tooling for progress tracking.
• Utilize
  - depth knowledge of project execution in our field of business and markets, excellent communication skills, and the capability to comprehend complex tasks and bring them into a useful sequence with identified dependencies.
• Work closely with our international community, suppliers, and other external partners.

Your Profile

• Successful degree in Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Long-term experience in scheduling complex and large projects, ideally in the field of material handling automation.
• Good knowledge in contract management and forensic schedule analysis.
• Excellent proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, and MS Office.
• Experience working abroad is a plus.
• Excellent command of the English language is a must; a second foreign language is desirable.
• Proven intercultural skills and flexibility, with preparedness for international travel.
