What do you need to be SMART PMO?

• Ensure that all activities have an associated owner;
• Follow up on ongoing project activities;
• Arrange alignment sessions between streams and carry out follow ups.
• Updating the plan and action for each stream;
• Updating project documentation;
• Carrying out the project executive report;
• Analysing KPIs to monitor team performance
• Standardisation of project management over 3 years;
• Relationship management with different stakeholders;
• Engineering/management training;
• Experience in projects over 4 years and in managing technological projects over 2 years;
• Experience in MS Project over 1 year;
