We are looking for a Project Management Officer fluent in French
MAIN TASKS:Assist Project Managers in preparing Investment Committees and monitor consumption, alerting in case of anomalies. Manage the team's Capacity Plan by reviewing load plans in Clarity and correcting any inconsistencies with Chapter Leaders. Perform budget monitoring for the progress of expenses consumption. Track and control
- priced services, hardware, and software costs. Monitor and produce reports on permanent costs (CPERM) and project progress (MEVOL, PRJ). Generate and produce reports on budget consumption, project delivery, and project status (status reports, progress points). Ensure correct updating of project items in Clarity (timesheets) to ensure quality of project monitoring indicators. Monitor the Tribe’s overall budget and provide progress updates for stakeholders. Lead financial processes related to the Group Major Program Committee, preparing and executing business case productions. YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS :Minimum of 5 years of experience as a PMO. Ability to support the team in budgetary and project monitoring aspects. Expertise in using Clarity. Knowledge of exchanging data between multiple systems (basic ETL). Autonomous and
