Role Overview:

We are looking for a Project Lead to join our team in a leading global energy and sustainability company!

What will you do:

• Responsible for managing and overseeing
  - life cycle of IT projects, from analyzing customer’s business needs, raising project requirements, defining use cases, project goals, modelling project architecture solution;
• Responsible for defining technical specifications, overseeing software development, monitoring resource/time budget allocation;
• Writing technical and conceptual documentation;
• Identifying and maintaining a clear backlog for technical debt and minimizing it along with Product Owners and other stakeholders;
• Leading the applications technical evolution and optimization.

What you are like:

• Academic training in Computer Engineering or similar;
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an IT Project Manager;
• Experience with software engineering and programming languages is important;
• Experience in agile methodologies;
• Excellent analytical and
  - solving skills.
